Cost Engineering Tech – MUST have experience evaluating CONSTRUCTION projects and be adept at technical writing. Minimum of 10 years’ experience performing cost estimates. The Cost Engineer shall have extensive experience and capability using UFC 3-701-01 Guidance Unit Cost, RS Means cost estimating software, PACES, MII and Microsoft Spreadsheet software (Excel). It is desirable individual is accredited as a “Certified Cost Professional” or “Certified Estimating Professional” with AACEI or similar professional organization in cost work.
The Contractor shall ensure it has capacity to provide cost engineering analysis support for approximately 110 projects per year. It is desirable team members are accredited as “Certified Cost Professional” or “Certified Estimating Professional” with AACEI or similar professional organizations in cost work. Special Qualifications: The Contractor resources shall consist of qualified personnel with extensive experience in cost estimating for the U. S. Government and knowledge of the USAF Cost Estimating Improvement Program (CEIP). The Contractor shall ensure all employees affiliated with this Task Order having access to the data, whether on-site or working elsewhere, shall be United States citizens Resumes shall be provided for verification of qualifications.
