Xfinion is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality, connectivity, and availability of systems; deliverables; and performance; and recommend course corrections to improve systems.. Provide support to the client, as well as the team. All qualifying candidates should meet the following requirements.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring government initiatives are executed efficiently, transparently, and in alignment with community and stakeholder needs.
Minimum Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities / Qualifications:
The PM shall be responsible for ensuring conformity to contractual obligations, establishing and maintaining master plans and schedules. The PM shall perform day-to-day management of overall contract support operations .
Key Responsibilities
Plan, lead, and manage government projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
Act as the primary liaison between government agencies, contractors, vendors, and the public to ensure high levels of service delivery and satisfaction.
Apply project management best practices (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK) to guide execution and risk mitigation.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders to support project success and maintain public trust.
Lead, mentor, and support cross-functional teams; foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Provide regular status updates and detailed reports to senior leadership and oversight committees.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage change control processes and ensure project documentation is maintained accurately and timely.
Promote a service-first mindset within the project team, ensuring that all interactions—internal or public-facing—meet high standards of responsiveness and professionalism.

Education Requirements/Years of Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, Project Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within government, public sector, or regulated environments.
Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing cross-agency initiatives.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage expectations and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated success in developing staff, coaching team members, and building high-performing teams.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
PMP, CAPM, or similar certification strongly preferred.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
