MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Joint Semi-Automated Forces (JSAF) Warfare Analyst to join our team in Norfolk, VA. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Able to operate Joint Semi-Automated Forces (JSAF)
- Possess ability to Operate the modeling and simulation (M&S) system
- Knowledge of (JAWS) Joint all-domain warfighting system
- Conduct JSAF operator training analysis and develop reporting to all TTGL Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) personnel
- Provide subject matter expertise in the development of Master Sequence Events List (MSEL) Implementer, and Scenario Development
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or, High School Diploma or equivalent and 9+ years of relevant live virtual training scenarios experience
- 5+ years of relevant live virtual training scenarios experience
- Must have Joint Semi-Automated Forces (JSAF) experience
- Experience supporting shipboard installations and increasing levels of management development
- Experience with multiple naval operating systems and networking equipment
- Proficient technical troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with JIRA/Confluence
- Familiar with Department of Defense (DoD) services at both Contiguous United States (CONUS) and Outside Contiguous United States (OCONUS) locations
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team, both internally and with external resources
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be US Citizen and have an active Secret Security Clearance
Physical Requirements:
- Up to 25% travel required or as needed.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
