We are seeking a Cybersecurity Risk SME to support the United States Postal Service (USPS) Assessment and Authorization (A&A) program. This role will ensure compliance with NIST, FedRAMP, ISO, and USPS cyber standards while enhancing the organization's risk posture.

Falls Church, VA; Morrisville, NC; Eagan, MN; Remote considered
Clearance Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a USPS Public Trust clearance
- Must meet USPS residency requirements

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity or related field; or equivalent work experience.
Experience: 3-7 years of experience in cyber risk management, threat analysis, or A&A processes.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead USPS risk management and compliance initiatives.
- Manage A&A processes, compliance testing, and vulnerability assessments.
- Develop executive-level reports and briefings on USPS cyber risk posture.
- Track and monitor compliance for more than 900 enterprise applications.
- Train stakeholders on A&A processes and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tool usage.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity or related field; or equivalent work experience.
Experience: 3-7 years of experience in cyber risk management, threat analysis, or A&A processes.
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with GRC tools, Splunk, and the application of AI/ML in security operations.
- Strong executive communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
