Requirements

  • Serve as the primary Program Administrator supporting course execution and coordination.
  • Manage student registration, scheduling, certification tracking, and reporting instructions.
  • Maintain organizational inbox; respond to student inquiries and coordinate with instructors/affiliate faculty.
  • Ensure all instructor and faculty folders are complete and up to date.
  • Coordinate badge access and administrative requirements with SOCMID, UAB, and host installation.
  • Complete pre-/post-course checklists and provide administrative support to SOCMID staff.
  • Route and track administrative paperwork between SOCMID, UAB, and command stakeholders.
  • Assist with course supply preparation, ordering, and inventory management; serve as back-up logistics support.
  • Act as primary point of contact for class preparation, including printing, organizing, and distributing materials.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of (medical) administrative/logistics experience
  • Familiarity with military training programs
  • Associate's degree preferred
