Tele-Consultants, Inc. (TCI) is actively seeking an experienced Engineering Technician to support Code 349 at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) in Newport, RI.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Provide system maintenance including repairing, refurbishing, testing, and making ready-for-issue equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning or non-functioning TEMPALT equipment and restore it to Government specifications.
• Use existing technical documentation, technical manuals, maintenance test procedures or other available technical information to perform and document maintenance or repairs.
• Maintain configuration management and provide logistics support.
• Catalog, transfer, issue, redistribute, and maintain system assets.
Minimum Education and Experience:
• Minimum of High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Demonstrated experience in Systems Maintenance, logistics, and CM support services.
• Current Secret Clearance.
Additional Qualifications:
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
The primary location for performance of the work will be in Newport, RI with occasional travel.
