Job Summary

We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team supporting the G6's Cyber Security Division and Mission Relevant Terrain- Cyber (MRT-C) Teams . You will play a key part in ATG's suppor t of risk management, continuous monitoring, knowledge management, vulnerability management and system support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides technical/management leadership for a multi-disciplinary team .
  

• Establish goals and plans that meet project requirements.
  

• Maintains domain and expert technical knowledge.
  

• Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management , methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met.
  

• Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management.
  

• Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation.
  

• Plans, initiates, and manages IT projects. Leads and guides the work of technical staff.
  

• Serves as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
  

• Plans project stages and assesses business implications for each stage.
  

• Monitors progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
  

• May supervise others.
  

• Responsible for program deliverables, and reporting to both ATG leadership and Government personnel regarding contract outcomes and status.
  

Qualifications

Required:

• Security Clearance Level : Must hold an active Secret Clearance .
  

• Bachelor's degree in science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, IT, or business-related programs
  

• Program Management Certification (PMI PMP)
  

• Minimum 10 years of work experience in managing IT programs
  

• Working knowledge and experience managing technology, software, and IT infrastructure programs
  

• Understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle) and hybrid cloud environments
  

• Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.
  

Desired :

• Previous Experience in leading teams with multiple skillsets.
