BTS Software Solutions is seeking a Director-Requirements Operations Center (ROC) who will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of contract requirements management and candidate management for the Program Manager.
The ISSJ-III Director-Requirements Operations Center shall be available to the PM and PC during normal business hours and shall be available during all other times as required. The Director of the ROC shall maintain accurate information IRT dynamic staffing processes, candidate status' and qualifications, and client requirements to deliver staffing solutions to the PM and PC. The Director of the ROC will manage the candidate portal and coordinate activities with the contract subs in regard to staffing and candidate actions.
Primary Locations: Ft Bragg, NC
Clearance Requirement: Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility

Required Qualifications:
- Five (5) or more years of managerial experience within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies.
- Two (2) or more years of USSOCOM or JSOTF intelligence experience at the Operational Level of Warfare
- Five (5) of staffing, requirements, and human resource management experience for intelligence personnel.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in subject matter area, or closely related discipline
- Five (5) or more years USSOCOM or JSOTF experience in special operations
