As a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST MULITINATIONAL CAPABILITY DEV at the GS-0343-15 some of your typical work assignments may include:
  • Formulates program goals, plans, policies, projects, and procedures, and work plans dealing with the development and operation of manpower functions and activities
  • Reviews and structures organization to optimize the use of resources and maximize efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
  • Leads, manages and provides authoritative input to Multinational Capability Development Campaign (MCDC) multinational programs of work across the full range of programmatic and project life cycle phases
  • Oversees transformation integration, planning, performance, and resource management for the MCDC programs of work; leverages and de-conflicts MCDC programs of work with international organizations (IO), Inter-Governmental Organizations (IGO), and non-governmental organizations (NGO) with similar missions and functions
  • Plans, assigns, sets work priorities and schedules, and evaluates work to be accomplished by subordinates

Qualifications

You may qualify at the GS-15, if you fulfill the following qualifications:

A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service:
  • Applying a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of program effectiveness or the improvement of complex management processes and systems;
  • Developing guidance for and lead a comprehensive multinational force development program to improve the overall ability for Combatant Commands and Services to conduct globally integrated operations with multinational partners;
  • Applying administrative laws, policies, regulations, and precedents applicable to the administration of one or more important public programs;
  • Identifying multinational force development capability gaps, developing and evaluating corresponding non-material solutions, and transitioning the resulting multinational and international force development capabilities to meet present and future operational needs of the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands and Services.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
