As a Cybersecurity Analyst II, you will be responsible for cyber threat identification, evaluation, prioritization, and remediation activities under the direction of the Cyber Security Manager. You'll continuously review existing and proposed changes to SNC systems, networks, and software designs, and is responsible for analyzing logging and alerting data, identifying and escalating potential security events. The Cyber Security Analyst will partner with business users to support the integration of cybersecurity protections into business operations and will act as a key member of the incident response team.

As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain cybersecurity policies and procedures aligned with DFARS 252.204-7012, CMMC 2.0, and NIST SP 800-171 requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments of suppliers to identify and evaluate potential cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
  • Review and advise supply management on contracts that include cybersecurity requirements and obligations for suppliers.
  • Manage supplier compliance with cybersecurity requirements through audits, assessments, and ongoing monitoring.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate cybersecurity considerations into the supply chain management lifecycle.
  • Support the Supply Chain Risk Manager in responding to suppliers and coordinating cybersecurity incidents and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to suppliers on cybersecurity best practices and compliance obligations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of supplier cybersecurity compliance activities.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes to relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards, and communicate those changes to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of metrics and reporting mechanisms to track supply chain cybersecurity performance.
  • Maintain and update a robust supplier onboarding process for cybersecurity checks and requirements.
  • Manage and advise Cyber Risk Mitigation activities with Supply Management
  • Assist in the management of cybersecurity-related contract requirements with suppliers.


Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or 2 or more years of relevant experience
    • A higher level degree may substitute for experience
    • Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
  • Experience supporting, troubleshooting, and administering a variety of networks, OSs, and applications.
  • Strong knowledge and experience administering a variety of current Microsoft platforms.
  • Knowledge of data security administration principles, methods, and techniques
  • Familiarity with domain structures, user authentication, and digital signatures
  • Strong understanding of DFARS 252.204-7012, CMMC 2.0, and NIST SP 800-171 requirements.
  • Experience in conducting cybersecurity risk assessments and supplier audits.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (if required).


Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CMMC-RP.
  • Experience with supply chain management systems and processes.
  • Knowledge of other relevant cybersecurity frameworks and standards.
  • Experience in the Defense Industrial Base (DIB).
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CMMC-RP.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $82,039.23 - $112,803.95. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance eligibility process for industry applicants. Adjudicative factors which affect the outcome of the eligibility determination include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the U.S., foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations and illegal drug use.
