HX5 is currently seeking a Project Engineer to support the HNI Division at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, build, coordinate, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Communicate and coordinate IMS activities among the functional disciplines within the PMO.
• Provide IMS technical products (e.g., GANTT charts, network diagrams, etc.).
• Ensure integrated schedule management technical support to system acquisition processes and collaborate and incorporate key schedule requirements to ensure mission success.
• Support requirements development, plan preparation, and assess ability to achieve results.
• Communicate schedule objectives, plans, and status to the customer, the project team, and management
• Take corrective actions as necessary to achieve end result.
• Possess advanced understanding of scheduling tools, to include Microsoft Office Project.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and at least three (3) years of experience in the respective
  technical/professional discipline being performed.
• OR, seven (7) years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the
  PWS labor category performance requirements.

Other Position Requirements:

• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
• Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Secret clearance by date of hire.
• Must be able to travel, including air travel.
