Description:You will be the Tech C/Hybrid Inspector for our team, responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our products. Our team performs critical inspection and testing functions to guarantee that our cables, harnesses, and circuit card assemblies meet the highest standards.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Tech C/Hybrid Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting inspections and tests on various products, including cables, harnesses, and circuit card assemblies. You will utilize basic measuring equipment, instruments, and custom test equipment to verify proper identification, dimensions, and functionality.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Performing inspections and tests using equipment such as DMM, Milliohm Meter, DITMCO, and CIRRIS tester
-Providing acceptance of materials by following quality inspection plans or customer acceptance procedures
-Installing and operating test units, including chambers, ovens, and other test machinery
-Documenting errors or discrepancies in a neat and legible manner
-Maintaining accurate records of results, both digitally and in handwritten documents
-Participating in internal and external audits as required

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
-2+ experience in an inspection role
-Must be able to read blueprint, work instructions and interpret engineering drawing requirements
-Experience using various test equipment i.e. DMM, DITMCO, CIRRIS, Power Supplies
-Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills, with both internal and external customers
-Experience working successfully in a team environment
-Must be able to support a flexible work schedule supporting overtime, off-Fridays, weekends, and/or alternate shifts to support product schedules as required
-Must have IPC certifications, or ability to obtain certification
-Must be able to pass visual acuity and color perception exam
-Physical condition allowing:
Lifting 50 pounds.
Standing, sitting, bending, walking, 10+ hours per day
-MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Desired Skills:
-Experience working in various fabrication areas and/or previous inspection experience
-Demonstrated computer skills areas of LM tools including SAP, Apriso, Command Media, PAL and Windchill
-Navigating SAP/Apriso in areas concerning confirmations, reviewing characteristics, and Nonconformances
-Technical writing for documenting issues on rejection paperwork
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
