Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of on-site programs and projects. The Site Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, securing, and managing resources to achieve program goals and objectives, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills, as well as the ability to manage complex issues and drive operational excellence.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of on-site programs and projects. The Site Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, securing, and managing resources to achieve program goals and objectives, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills, as well as the ability to manage complex issues and drive operational excellence.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, implementation, and execution of site-based programs and projects.
- Ensure all programs operate within defined scope, schedule, and budget.
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, resource allocation, risk management, and program tracking.
- Collaborate with task and functional leaders, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective program delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement process enhancements.
- Apply project and earned value management (EVM) methodologies to monitor and report on performance.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communications across multiple levels of the organization.
- Provide leadership to a team of experienced professionals, promoting accountability and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities for the assigned programs and projects.
Basic Qualifications
- TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is required
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field OR equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including 4+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing site-level programs or projects of high complexity.
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting, program implementation, and resource management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field OR equivalent relevant experience.
- 10+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience leading large, cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Advanced understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Prior experience with change management and strategic communication planning.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
