Leidos’ Defense Systems RF Systems Portfolio is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team of engineers, analysts, and scientists supporting advance radar system analysis in a high-fidelity modeling and simulation environment. Our expertise is setup, test, and evaluation of radar system performance using modeling and simulation of modern air defense systems.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Modeling and Simulation testing and data analysis of radar systems
- Analytical anchoring or tactical test data to M&S performance
- General radar analysis and parametric studies
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Math, Physics, or other technical degree from an ABET-accredited institution plus 2-4 years relevant demonstrated performance in M&S activities or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Math, Physics, or other technical degree from an ABET-accredited institution with less than 2 years relevant demonstrated performance in M&S activities
- Must be proficient in programming (Python preferably, MATLAB, etc.)
- Must be a US citizen, possess and able to maintain a DoD secret clearance or able to obtain and maintain a DoD secret clearance.
- Must be a resident of Huntsville, AL or willing to relocate to the North Alabama area.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Radar/Air Defense Systems M&S Experience
- Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Math, Physics, or other technical degree from an ABET-accredited institution
- Experience working in a Linux operating environment
- Opportunities to travel for system test events can present themselves, but no obligation to travel is present
