We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team to lead end-to-end execution of high-value, technically complex programs supporting Department of Defense (DoD) mission priorities. Oversee all phases of the program lifecycle-from initiation through sustainment-ensuring delivery of critical capabilities aligned with operational requirements. Manage Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contracts, subcontractor performance, and FAR/DFARS compliance. Act as the primary liaison with DoD stakeholders, Joint Staff, and interagency partners, maintaining strong relationships with CORs and KOs. Provide technical oversight, drive risk and schedule management through IMS and mitigation plans and ensure fiscal responsibility through accurate budget tracking and reporting.

Required Qualifications:
- Top Secret Security Clearance (SCI eligible)
- 5 years of experience managing programs >$10M
- Excellent communication, decision making, and interpersonal skills
- 10+ years leading DOD technical programs
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business or a related field
