Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will:
- Support the setup and ongoing management of a centralized ITAM PMO for the client.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive IT asset inventory using data from systems like Score and automated discovery tools.
- Implement and enforce ITAM policies, SOPs, and procedures in alignment with DoD, and industry standards.
- Contribute to the development and execution of ITAM lifecycle flows, data models, and RACI matrices.
- Assist with the deployment of ITAM tools and the establishment of TBM and CPIC-based metrics.
- Conduct audits and support compliance efforts to mitigate risks related to software licensing and asset management.
- Provide insights on license usage, contract data, and asset lifecycle management to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ITAM processes align with DAF goals for efficiency, cost savings, and risk reduction.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years IT Asset Management experience, including 1+ year in federal or DoD environments.
- 2 + years experience managing inventories of 1,000+ assets using automated tools.
- Candidates must possess an active Secret Clearance
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel onsite 4-5 days per week in St. Louis, MO as needed based on project needs and client requirements
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
