The Sponsor is a high-level learning institution where skill-specific tradecraft training divisions combine with new programs to leverage private sector opportunities, support the Directorate's corporate career development, and raise digital acumen throughout the Sponsor organization.
The principal role of the Systems Integrator (SI) is to provide integration management support to multiple projects across the university simultaneously to aid in the implementation of features/capabilities of the Learning Management System (LMS) or other additional learning tools to help bolster the courses/content being provided to our learners. Responsibilities

The principal role of the Systems Integrator (SI) is to provide integration management support to multiple projects across the university simultaneously to aid in the implementation of features/capabilities of the Learning Management System (LMS) or other additional learning tools to help bolster the courses/content being provided to our learners. The individual shall:
- Manage day-to-day office operations dealing with learning tools, fielding questions from across the customer Directorate(s).
- Participate in meetings with LMS stakeholders and coordinate the rollout of new features/capabilities for strategic customer Directorate(s).
- Be proactive, with demonstrated experience multi-tasking in a fast paced and demanding technical environment.
- Respond directly to inquiries when appropriate or take action to facilitate resolution of a range of inquiries and concerns related to learning principles.
- Provide reports and metrics to ensure organizational leadership is aware of the training being provided and taken, and by which corresponding organization internally and externally to the customer.
Other:
- Core hours are from 0900 hours to 1500 hours.
- Travel is limited to the WMA area.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience in a technical discipline relevant to distance learning platforms such as Meridian, Blackboard, etc.
- BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities are essential for translating training datasets into meaningful insights related to learners and trends for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to train and support team members on the features and functionalities of new systems or tools, ensuring their effective integration into existing processes and workflows.
- Demonstrated expertise in course management system applications.
- Ability to coordinate information flow occurrences between all programs and organizational managers.
- Ability to establish functional and technical specifications and standards, solve hardware and software interface problems, define input/output parameters, and ensure integration of the entire system or subsystem.
- Provide a total systems perspective including a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements of hardware and software components.
- Strong oral and written communications and interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail.
- Provide information or respond accurately to routine, moderately complex questions and/or technical/administrative issues and requests in a clear, concise, credible, courteous manner, and in an appropriate way.
- Strong organization and time management skills.

- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Working knowledge and experience with the following tools, in order of their importance: Excel, MS Project, MS Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarization with web development languages, including CSS, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Ability to identify system performance measures and indicators, and determine actions needed to enhance or correct performance relative to established mission-related goals.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across organizations to coordinate and support initiatives with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure).
- Proven track record of resolving complex technical issues and troubleshooting integration challenges.
- Ability to coordinate with engineers, systems analysts, programmers, technicians, scientists, and top-level managers in the design, testing, and evaluation of systems.
Willingness to Learn:
- Proficient in working with SCORM packages, including the ability to make basic modifications using Visual Studio Code.
- Capable of training and supporting course instructors and developers on the features and functionalities of the LMS, ensuring effective integration of these tools into their content and courses.
- Experience working with development tools such as Captivate, Lectora, and Camtasia for creating engaging web-based training programs.
- Ability to utilize an LMS and its built-in features to effectively deliver content and training to a geographically dispersed audience.
