MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Warehouse and Logistics Manager to join our team in California, MD. This is an on-site, and part time position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Managing warehouse operations including inventory control, shipping, receiving, and material handling
  • Coordinate and track material movement in support of DoD projects, including 1149 transfer documentation
  • Maintain compliance with AS9100 quality standards and company policies
  • Ensure proper storage, packaging, and transportation of equipment and materials
  • Monitor and enforce shipping and receiving protocols for accuracy and efficiency
  • Support audits, inspections, and reporting requirements
  • Train staff on safe warehouse practices; ensure ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification
  • Coordinate with program and logistics teams to meet operational needs


Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED and 5+ years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations supporting DoD projects
  • Experience with shipping and receiving procedures and DoD Form 1149 transfers
  • Knowledge and experience with AS9100 standards and compliance
  • Obtain and maintain forklift truck driver certification within 6 months of hire according to OSHA 1910.178
  • Obtain and maintain a Department of Transportation (DOT) medical card within 6 months of hire


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Current and active forklift certification
  • Current and active DOT medical card


Clearance Requirements:
  • US Citizenship required and a Secret Clearance


Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the workday
  • The ability to frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations with ability to exchange accurate information in these situations
  • The ability to operate a computer, and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
  • The ability to operate a motorized passenger vehicle or equipment is an essential function of this role.
