Overview
VTG is looking for a Technical Writer/Editor in Chantilly, VA.
What will you do?
What will you do?
• Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including training manuals, guides, and presentations, to support operational training programs.
• Design and create visual aids, such as graphics, charts, and infographics, to support training materials and office-level briefings.
• Design and develop visual aids, such as diagrams, flowcharts, and illustrations, to support training programs and executive briefings.
• Create and edit course materials, including instructor guides, participant manuals, and presentation slides.
• Evaluate and assess training programs to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for enhancements.
• Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs and create data visualizations to present results.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize training requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Create and disseminate training-related communications, including announcements, reminders, and feedback requests.
• Analyze and report on training metrics, including participation rates, completion rates, and evaluation results, and create visualizations to present findings.
• Edit and format images, charts, and graphs to ensure consistency and clarity.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual brand and style across all training materials and communications.
