Project Manager

Position Summary
The Project Manager provides executive-level leadership for the DRAS-M IL-5 tenant, ensuring all mission, technical, and contractual obligations are delivered with excellence. This individual will oversee all program aspects, including financial management, risk oversight, staffing, reporting, and compliance with DoD and DFAS standards.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the single point of accountability for DFAS leadership and contracting staff.
• Lead, manage, and mentor all contractor personnel supporting the program.
• Ensure adherence to contract performance standards and deliverables.
• Oversee development of project schedules, risk plans, and resource allocations.
• Provide financial oversight, including budget planning and cost control.
• Develop and present reports, dashboards, and performance briefings.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with DFAS and CSP stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• PMP certification.
• 10+ years IT program/project management experience.
• 5+ years supporting DoD cloud/IL-5 environments.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps, Zero Trust, and RMF compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree in IT or Program Management.
• Experience managing DFAS or DoD financial modernization programs.
