Job Summary

The All-Source Intelligence Analyst (Senior) supports national security and homeland defense missions by producing high-quality, operationally relevant intelligence. This role requires senior-level expertise in intelligence analysis, proven proficiency in applying analytic tradecraft standards in a DHS context, and the ability to fuse multiple data sources into clear, actionable products for decision-makers. Analysts will also contribute to strengthening analytic rigor and mentoring junior colleagues, ensuring long-term mission success.

Position Requirements

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the Intelligence Community (IC); OR Associate's Degree and 12 years of relevant IC experience; OR Master's Degree and 8 years of relevant IC experience.
  • Relevant all-source analytic training from a recognized IC schoolhouse and/or IC member certification.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis integrating HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, financial, and law-enforcement data.
  • Experience applying IC Analytic Standards (ICD 203) to intelligence products.
  • Familiarity with post-production tradecraft evaluations and the analytic review process.
  • Experience mentoring or training other analysts in analytic tradecraft.
  • Strong ability to synthesize fragmented or incomplete datasets into clear, actionable intelligence findings.
  • Experience developing intelligence products such as reports, briefings, and graphical outputs (e.g., network charts, dashboards).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and analytic tools (e.g., i2 Analyst's Notebook, Palantir, Power BI, or similar).
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.

Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in International Studies, Economics, Intelligence, Public Policy, American Government, or related field.
  • Intelligence Community (IC) experience (DHS preferred).
  • Knowledge of counterterrorism, counterintelligence, counternarcotics, or economic security issues.
  • Experience addressing economic security issues such as supply chain vulnerabilities, illicit trade, or foreign investment.
  • Familiarity with structured analytic techniques (SATs).
  • Strong interagency engagement experience.
  • Experience working with IC or DHS data systems.
