Microsoft Office Suite Applications Analyst

Primary Responsibilities:
• Deliver advanced one-on-one customer support via walk-in, Microsoft Teams, email, and telephone for all PRC desktop applications
• Conduct Microsoft 365 training classes at all skill levels in physical classrooms (up to 12 students) and virtual environments using Teams
• Assist customers with application updates and PRC hardware changes within 15 days
• Maintain and track customer equipment loaner program including projectors and digital cameras
• Create, update, and revise user guides for PRC customers
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on specialty equipment including laminators and laser engravers
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 4 years relevant experience OR bachelor's degree plus 2 years direct Microsoft Office Suite support experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Project, and SharePoint
Preferred Certifications:
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Office Expert (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)
