The Teamcenter Administrator works with Air Force Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (AF NC3) clients to elicit requirements, recommend designs, and configure Teamcenter to include Stylesheets and Forms. This position requires an understanding of Teamcenter and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
This position will be part of a broader solution team so expertise in all areas of Teamcenter is not a requirement, however, it is expected that the person is able to create business objects / attributes, work with style sheets for data presentation within Teamcenter, interact with the BMIDE to invoke necessary templates, configure simple workflows, configure organization/groups/roles, and collaborate with other team members to resolve issues. The ideal candidate is located near Albuquerque, NM, Bedford, MA, or Fort Walton Beach, FL to support future classified activities, configuration, and data load work on the client site. Will relocate the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
-Support a government AWS cloud instance of Siemens’ Teamcenter application
-Work closely with Cybersecurity professionals to ensure all elements of the infrastructure and application remain hardened against cyber-attacks
-Maintenance patching, and upgrades to the core Siemens Teamcenter application
-Configure interfaces/integrations of third-party tools to Teamcenter
-Provide troubleshooting support using application logs and Windows logs
-Extend the Teamcenter data model to support client data management needs
-Configure workflows
-Support bulk migration of data into Teamcenter
-Test deployed solutions and troubleshoot anomalies to resolution
-Coordinate issue resolution with GTAC and similar infrastructure/software support activities
-Analyze system performance and optimize
-Provide Teamcenter expertise and guidance to team members
-Coordinate with Scrum Master, Product Owners, Information System Security Engineering (ISSE), Engineering Subject Matter Experts, and Infrastructure/Network administrators on the broader team to accomplish objectives
-Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
-Assist with documenting processes and procedures and keeping documentation updated
-Other duties as assigned or required
Required Skills:
-An understanding of configuration best practices and the ability to "firefight" issues to resolution are key. -Understanding of Agile software development and the Air Force (AF) Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) arena is ideal, but not required.
-5+ years of digital engineering technology experience
-Understanding of Siemens product installation and configuration with special emphasis on Teamcenter
-Able to acquire/maintain an IAT II certification such as Security +
-Adequate home working environment to include dedicated office space to enable productive remote work

-Strong general IT skills with experience with both the Windows and Linux OS platforms
-Ability to read and digest technical information

-Problem Solver – High-level problem solving will be the core of this role – Understand Installations, Tier 2 and Tier 4 Architecture of Teamcenter.
Desired Experience:
-Experience with other digital engineering product suites such as those offered by PTC, Dassault, Autodesk
-Experience with data management and extract/transform/load (ETL) processes within Teamcenter
