We are seeking an experienced Hardware Engineer with strong expertise in Design for Manufacture (DFM), PCB layout, and advanced hardware development. The ideal candidate will lead the design and validation of high-speed digital circuits and FPGA SoC hardware, ensuring manufacturability and performance compliance across complex systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop complex hardware systems, including PCB layouts for high-speed digital circuits.
Integrate FPGA SoC platforms into hardware designs and validate through rigorous debugging and testing.
Apply DFM principles to ensure manufacturability and compliance with quality standards.
Perform hardware validation, debugging, and optimization to meet performance and reliability goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on NPI processes and high-volume manufacturing readiness.
Support signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) analysis for complex PCB designs.
Must-Have Qualifications
Active SECRET clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
10+ years of experience in hardware development
Proven experience in PCB design and high-speed digital circuits
Hands-on experience with FPGA SoC hardware integration, validation, and debugging
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and DFM principles
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AMD/Intel FPGA SoC platforms
Expertise in signal integrity and power integrity analysis
Proficiency in PCB design tools such as Cadence Allegro, Altium, or similar
Familiarity with high-volume manufacturing and New Product Introduction (NPI)
Knowledge of industry standards such as PCIe, DDR, and SERDES
