You will be the junior Data Engineer for the DevSecOps organization. This strategic position is reshaping our operations and business processes to better serve our customers in terms of cost, quality, and capabilities, while delivering the speed, agility, and insights necessary to stay ahead of rapidly-evolving threats.

What You Will Be Doing
As the junior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for creating data quality rules to ensure clean and quality data. Your key responsibilities will include the following:

• Developing and implementing data quality rules to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across networks
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify data quality issues and develop solutions
• Working with stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop data quality metrics
• Designing and implementing data validation and data cleansing processes
• Monitoring and reporting on data quality metrics and trends

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data quality principles and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.

Further Information About This Opportunity

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.

Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Data Analysis or Computer Science related field, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Experience within data analytics
Desired Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with database design, implementation, and optimization
• Experience with Automation efforts and designing data solutions for automation
• Experience with data visualization
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with the LM 6 Standard Metrics
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
