You will be the Subcontract Manager for the ADSW Global Supply Chain team. Our team is responsible for facilitating the procurement cycle from order placement to full delivery, ensuring timely and quality delivery of products to our customers.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Manager, you will be responsible for leading the procurement efforts, serving as the primary liaison between Lockheed Martin and our suppliers, and working with cross-functional teams to balance competing priorities.

• Developing and implementing Affordability initiatives across the supply base
• Performing price analysis and leading negotiations for subcontract and Purchase Order documentation
• Interfacing with government and Lockheed Martin customers, technical personnel, and other functional organizations
• Leading teams to develop solutions to complex problems

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored final secret is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience / combined education with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
• Working knowledge of acquisition policies
• Experience in negotiation, with a focus on subcontracting and procurement
• Familiarity with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) and its application in subcontract management
• Experience with subcontract management, including subcontract administration and compliance
• Secret Clearance
• Ability to travel domestically
• Must be available to work on-site more than two days per week
Desired Skills:
• Experience working with supplier schedule recovery with complex technical issues
• Supporting multiple programs simultaneously and managing competing priorities
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
