TEKsystems is hiring for a high-level ISSO to take direct ownership of the RMF process.
• Achieving ATOs (Authority to Operate): You’ll lead efforts to get DOD systems approved for use by government agencies, which involves navigating complex security and compliance processes.
• Partnering with Engineers: You’ll act as a bridge between technical teams and policy requirements, helping implement security controls effectively.
• Customer Service & Documentation: Expect to produce high-quality compliance documentation and provide expert guidance to government clients.
• On-Site Liaison: You’ll be the go-to person for cybersecurity questions, working directly with government stakeholders.
• Vulnerability Management: You’ll analyze scan results (ACAS, SCAP), prioritize risks, and manage remediation plans (POA&Ms).
These are non-negotiables:
• Security Clearance: You must already hold a DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Certifications: DOD 8140/8570 compliance, including CISSP or Security+, and IAT II level certification.
• Experience: At least 2 years supporting ATO/RMF processes and using tools like eMASS or XACTA.
• On-Site Presence: This is a full-time, in-person role at the customer site.
