Task Lead, Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD)
Location: Fort Carson, CO
Description:
Seeking a Senior Military Operations Analyst to join the team supporting the USASMDC G37 at Peterson SFB.
**This position is contingent upon contract award.**
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with representatives of the G37 Certification and Evaluation Branch the 100th Missile Defense Brigade (GMD) for the planning and execution of certification and evaluations of each of those subordinate elements.
- Oversee and supervise four branches and assigned personnel with U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Forces Strategic Command.
- Responsible for the Training and Readiness Branch including Mission Essential Tasks, annual command training guidance, monthly Unit Status Reports, DRRS and school management.
- Responsible for managing the budget, planning, synchronization, execution and assessment of USSTRATCOM and other COCOM major exercises, experiments and wargames.
- Responsible for the certification of BMD system and space personnel.
Required Experience and Education:
- BS/BA Degree and completed Army GQC
- Bachelor's degree + 12 years' experience in GMD/ARSST certification; CONOP/CONPLAN/OPLAN development; EXEVAL leadership; CCV process oversight; evaluator training design.
- 100th Missile Defense Brigade experience
- Must be a US Citizen
- Top Secret Clearance required
