GCI is seeking a senior-level technical targeter who is knowledgeable about the art of targeting and experienced in successful application of methodologies and tools. The position involves both line-level targeting work but also a significant amount of managing and coordinating among mission stakeholders. A successful candidate will have an established track record working in challenging assignments and be comfortable taking the lead and working independently.

Tasks:
- Senior-level technical targeting skills
- Management and coordination of dispersed stakeholders and teams
- Write and coordinate memos and reports
Required Skills:
- Established track record of technical targeting success
- Knowledge of and ability to use customer tools
- Demonstrated experience assimilating and evaluating large amounts of data from different sources
- Ability to extract necessary information from different types of datasets
- Ability to translate information into actionable goals
- Experience with creating relationships and ability to create and maintain new ones
- Strong analytic, writing, and briefing skills
Desired Skills:
- Foreign language experience (spoken, written, or reading): Arabic, Russian, or Farsi
- Prior experience in cyber security positions
- Writing and briefing technical information to non-technical audiences
Education Requirement
- BA/BS (or equivalent experience)
Experience Requirement
- 8-10 years of experience
