Responsibilities
- Provide training services and technical support to Patrol and Reconnaissance Wing 11 in the operational use of the TacMobile Advanced Airborne Sensor (TMAAS) suite of equipment.
- Support TOCRON-11 and the MPRWS TacMobile Team in establishing an onsite TMAAS representative to provide proficiency and expertise necessary for Fleet TMAAS Operators to meet the spirit and intent of the TMAAS Qualification Standard (TMQS) Qualifier and Upgrader syllabi
- Support TOCRON-11 and the MPRWS TacMobile Team in establishing and sustaining post FIT TMAAS training/readiness to maintain the required cadre of Level 300 and 400 TMAAS instructors/SMEs in each Fleet unit needed sustain unit-level TMAAS expertise
- Assist CPRG N6 and the MPRWS TacMobile Team to collect changes, align guidance, and update the TUM, the NIWC TIK Manual, the NIWC UPS Manual, the TacMobile Cybersecurity Control Document (TCCD), TacMobile Hashing Application (TMHA) guidance, and CPRG's ADMAT Inspection Checklist during the required Combined Annual Review Conferences (CARCs)
- Manage and coordinate solutions to related hardware and software issues for TMAAS through direct interactions with AAS crews, AAS Instructors, TOC/TOCRON Detachment support personnel and the ASTPO
- Assist in the troubleshooting of TMAAS at primary, secondary and expeditionary deployment sites, as required
- Provide periodic support to the Permanent Deployment Site (PDS) TOCs with their assigned TMAAS assets
- Support development, instruction, and upkeep of TMAAS differences training when new or updated AAS software or hardware changes occur
- Attend AAS-TacMobile Integration (ATI) Meetings as primary stakeholder/TMAAS training specialist
- Attend ATI Coordination meetings and relevant TMAAS-related Program VTCs as primary stakeholder TMAAS training specialist
- Attend TacMobile User's Group (TUG) as primary stakeholder/TMAAS training specialist ensuring the TMAAS User Manual (TUM) and associated training documentation are accurate
- As required, support the MPRWS TacMobile Team during Operational Readiness Evaluations (ORE) of TOC/TOCRON personnel
- As required, support ASTPO, NAWCTSD and/or Test organization requests for mission-based testing on future software builds and assist in software validation prior to Fleet acceptance
Qualifications
Required:
- 10 years of MPRA experience
- 3 years of TOC/MTOC experience with TMAAS
- TACMOBILE SYSADMIN qualification or 2 tours of TOC/MTOC experience
- Associates Degree
