Venturi, LLC A Chenega Company has an excellent career opportunity for a Resource Control, Systems Analyst Professional who will maintain and reconcile Direct Cost Reimbursement data from resources reporting Job Order Cost Accounting System (JOCAS), Range Utilization Measurement System (RUMS), and Task Assignment Reporting Systems (TARS) to the Western Range and for timely and accurate submission of funding and expenditure to the Air Force Accounting Office. This Systems Analyst Professional will join a team of smart, creative, and highly motivated employees who take pride in their work and in the mission and who enjoy developing, sustaining, and delivering world-class solutions! This position is located at Vandenberg Space Force Base, California.

This position is eligible for a hybrid telecommuting schedule. Tasks for this position must be performed largely on-site, but later assignments may be performed remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver reports and summaries specified in the basic contracts, exhibits A&B of the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL)
  • Provide operational scheduling support, to include resource status reporting, conflict analysts, operations verification, site notification, institutional scheduling, test data receipt, and distribution
  • Coordinate and communicate with many different work centers and managers to determine task priorities & appropriate resources to realize the maximum value of the available range of operational time on a weekly basis and meet organizational goals.
  • Monitor data production and timelines and assure final delivery of data productions in a timely and efficient manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, operations research, or related fields, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 2+ years of applicable analytical experience
  • Interim secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, which includes U.S. citizenship
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License or state-issued ID

Desired:
  • Experience with Western Range (WR) scheduling tools and associated software preferred
  • Functional understanding of the WR Range launch requirements, maintenance planning, and engineering activities and their interrelationships preferred


Additional Eligibility Qualifications
  • Occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and climb or balance
  • Frequently requires close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Frequently climb up and down stairs
  • The flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Intermediate personal computer skills, to include intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to multitask simultaneously and to switch between tasks quickly and assume task-related leadership, including decision-making
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and short-notice requirements changes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
