The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $200,000 to $325,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance

Work You'll Do
- Lead overall engagement (deliverables + talent) and manage risk
- Manage all phases of the SDLC for large-scale technology engagements, which include aspects of Cyber security (identity access management, detect and respond, etc.)
- Drive client impact while:
- Executing high quality work and meeting all contractual requirements
- Driving standardization efforts by leveraging existing firm assets / accelerators to address client specific challenges
- Utilizing the appropriate risk management procedures and ensuring the delivery quality standards are executed and maintained
- Identifying and escalating potential technical risks and other engagement risks, and resolving appropriately
- Deliver solutions using innovative delivery approaches (e.g., agile, cloud, subscription)
- Deliver engagements utilizing a mix of delivery models to maximize profitability (on site / off-shore, US-based delivery centers, subcontractors)
- Standardize and identify ways to improve project efficiencies using margin improvement levers
- Support bids for incremental work and project recompetes
- Collaborate with clients, internal colleagues, and external peers and alliances to develop new relationships or advance known relationships to trusted positions
- Consistently demonstrate inclusive leadership behaviors while leading large teams towards deliverable milestones for successful project delivery
- Manage and guide a team of 130-150 professionals, fostering collaboration and driving successful project outcomes, even in challenging client environments.
- Oversee Firm Fixed Price (FFP) projects, ensuring adherence to contractual and financial requirements.
- Leverage working knowledge of Oracle ERP systems
- Maintain a high-level understanding of government/defense auditing processes and requirements, ensuring all program activities comply with relevant standards

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- 15+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
- 10+ years of experience delivering large scale technology implementations and / or Operate engagements, specifically responsible for overall engagement delivery and risk management
- 5+ years of experience with government or defense auditing processes and requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Ability to travel 80%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- PMI Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional certification (Desired)
- ITIL Foundation Certification (Desired)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) certification (Desired)
- Oracle ERP knowledge
