Duties
As a PROGRAM ANALYST, GS-0343-10 you will Plan, organize and manage the day-to-day activities of the civil engineer unit with regards to the PRIME BEEF and mobility programs for critical essential mission requirements. Manage the PRIME BEEF and Mobility programs for the CE unit. Procure, store, and maintain mobility equipment and home station training equipment as required by specific Equipment and Supply Listing (ESL), and Allowance Source Codes (ASC). Perform work for the planning and management of the administrative budget and related financial documents. Establish and develop training programs and classes for PRIME BEEF, OJT and wartime task training. Develop unit mobility and deployment plans to meet worldwide contingencies. Maintain contact with NG ANG/A7XX, A3, Al and S-Team to ensure currency and accuracy concerning management of CE wartime operations and PRIME BEEF Program requirements. Perform other duties as assigned.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education, or training in administrative, professional, investigative, technical, or other responsible work which demonstrates analytical ability and a practical and theoretical knowledge of the functions, processes, and principles of management. Knowledge of the National Guard organizational structures, functions, procedures, and techniques. Experience using computer and automation systems.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: 24 months specialized experience or 1 year equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Experience in applying statistical analysis and evaluative techniques to the identification, consideration, and resolution of issues or problems of a procedural or factual nature. Experience validating status of on hand property and equipment regarding excess property postures, turn-in procedures, equipment/supply receipt procedures, processing statement of charges, posting adjustments to property records. Experience conducting interviews and evaluations, analyzing findings and developing recommendations for corrections or improvements in an evaluated program.

- This is an excepted service position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the employing state's National Guard, required prior to the effective date of placement.

- Mission essential personnel report for duty at normal times when the unit is closed or delayed reporting and remain on-duty during phased or early release.
- May occasionally be directed to work other than normal duty hours.
- May require travel in military and/or commercial aircraft to perform temporary duty assignments.
- The work may require the incumbent to drive a motor vehicle; if so, an appropriate valid driver's license is mandatory.
- May be required to wear special protective clothing such as coats, boots, vests, gas masks, and/or helmets and may be exposed to high levels of noise such as aircraft engines.
