Job Description: Program Support and Customer Liaison
Work Location: either Washington, DC or Orlando, FL (base location TBD by our USG client)

Job Description: Program Support and Customer Liaison

The candidate will be responsible for supporting the development, delivery, and training of technical products and services that provide increased safety, awareness, and accountability to U.S. Government clients.
Clearance Requirement: Active Secret
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing in-person, direct support to a U.S. Government client based out of either Washington, DC or Orlando, FL (base location TBD by our USG client) as well as occasional travel to locations both CONUS and OCONUS.
- Assisting with both training material development, as well as the actual training of technical support equipment.
- Collaborating with company business and development personnel to improve technical product offerings and provide the best in support to the customer.
- Supporting program managers in creating and managing monthly reports.
- Drafting monthly and by-request reports to meet internal and external requirements.
- Attending internal training to become a subject matter expert on the technical products used by the customer.
- Ability to ensure processes and procedures are followed as tailored to various groups and aid in updating processes as needed.
- Draft training documents and materials and maintain them as needed.
- Professionally interacting with multi-agency personnel on behalf of the government client and Raytheon.
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with technical concepts fundamental to tracking, locating, safety and accountability, such as: GPS, IP networking, smartphone data networking, GSM and SMS, Iridium satellite data networking, Android and iOS smartphone operating systems, and data encryption
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Possess strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience briefing senior executive personnel or military officers.
- Able to generate metric reports and provide some analysis to programs.
- Understanding of product life-cycle processes for both hardware and software
- Sense of urgency; ability to meet challenging deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
