Red Peak Technical Services, LLC a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC has an opportunity for a Comuter Systems Analyst II in Coronado, CA. This position will work within the government site onboard NAS North Island CA supporting NATEC Quality Assurance (QA) team. Responsible to provide a government NMCI asset and may have the ability to telework dependent on contract and government TOCOR approval.
Payrate: $29.01 Hourly
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge and experience with the following is preferred:

- Assist the Quality Control Program to ensure continuous service delivery that is consistent and compliant with performance per policy 4790 standards.
- Provide direction and guidance to contractors and government entities (Aircraft Program Offices) on QA performance, specification, and compliance throughout the development cycle, the acquisition process, and the evaluation process of technical publications.
- Conduct In-Process Reviews (IPRs), validations, verifications of paper and electronic technical manuals (TM/ETM), Maintenance Requirement Cards (MRC), and Interactive Electronic Techncial Manual (IETM).
- Provide adequacy reviews on Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) manuals for specification compliance.
- Assist NAVAIR leadership in estabilishing and/or updated QA instructions and procedures to ensure QA compliance standardization is achieved across Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE).
- Document and present results with recommended actions to correct any deficiencies ensuring all standards are continually met.
- Interact with the customer verbally and in writing on matters of concern and performance deficiencies.
- Determine and resolve data processing problems and coordinate with program, users, etc. Orient user personnel on new or changed procedures, conduct special projects such as data element and code standardization throughout a broad system, working under specific objectives and bringing to the attention of the supervisor any unusual problems. The resulting work is reviewed for accuracy, timeliness, compliance with instructions, and proper alignment with the overall system.
Payrate: $29.01 Hourly
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or GED
- Requires a minimum of three (3) years related work experience providing technical writing, quality assurance, and documentation support to technical and management level personnel.
- Must have experience in and possess the following:
- Knowledge and use of technical publications (paper, electronic, and IETMs)
- Effective written and oral communications and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of QA functions
- Efficient organizational and planning skills
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Must be an US Citizen
- Must possess and maintain an active secret clearance
Knowledge and experience with the following is preferred:
- Technical publication experience in particular to NAVAIR, S1000D, MIL-STD-3001, MIL-STD-81310, MIL-DTL-81927, and/or MIL-STD-38784.
- Military and/or technical publication experience using technical publications (paper, ETM, and IETM)
- CTPL experience
- Writing, editing, or quality assurance of technical documentation experience using EAGLE CSDB, PTC Arbortext, MS Word, Excel, and Access, Notepad++, Perl, VGMT software, Merlin, NSIV, Corel Designer, PTC IsoDraw, and PaintShop Pro
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week on a consistent basis
