AltView Analytics LLC is seeking SharePoint Developers to design, customize, and maintain Microsoft SharePoint environments for enterprise collaboration and data management. These roles will focus on building and enhancing SharePoint sites, developing workflows, and integrating SharePoint with the Microsoft Power Platform to streamline business processes and improve user productivity.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, pages, and document libraries.
• Customize SharePoint using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate) for process automation.
• Implement security groups, permissions, and governance policies.
• Develop and maintain custom workflows and integrate with other enterprise systems.
• Support knowledge management, records management, and document control initiatives.
• Troubleshoot issues, monitor system performance, and provide user support and training.
Basic Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online (Office 365) and/or SharePoint Server.
• Strong understanding of site design, lists, libraries, and permissions.
• Experience creating workflows using Power Automate or legacy tools (e.g., SharePoint Designer).
• Ability to collaborate with analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to define requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with custom SharePoint development using JavaScript, JSON, SPFx (SharePoint Framework), or .NET.
• Background in UI/UX design for SharePoint pages and portals.
• Experience integrating SharePoint with Power BI, Power Apps, or third-party tools.
• Prior experience supporting federal or DoD environments.
Clearance Requirement
• Active DoD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Relevant work experience in SharePoint development and administration.
