AltView Analytics LLC is seeking Power Platform Developers to design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform. These positions will focus on building custom applications, automating workflows, and developing data-driven dashboards to improve organizational efficiency and decision-making across diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Power Apps: Build, deploy, and maintain canvas and model-driven apps to modernize business processes.
• Power BI: Develop dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights for leadership.
• Power Automate: Design and optimize workflows that integrate across SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, and other enterprise data sources.
• Collaborate with analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in data modeling, app design, and performance optimization.
• Provide documentation, training, and user support for developed solutions.
Basic Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate).
• Strong skills in data modeling and integration (SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL).
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a project-driven environment.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for collaboration and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with DAX, JavaScript, JSON, or HTML/CSS for customization and enhancements.
• Background in SharePoint development and CMS tools.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and enterprise integrations.
• Prior experience supporting federal or DoD environments.
Clearance Requirement
• Active DoD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Relevant work experience in Power Platform development.
