The Role
We are seeking a Palantir Data Engineer to support the U.S. Army Vantage program, one of the Army’s flagship data platforms. You will play a critical role in building and optimizing data pipelines, integrating enterprise systems, and enabling advanced analytics across readiness, logistics, and financial domains.
This role will place you at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and national defense priorities, working directly with Army stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain Palantir Foundry data pipelines for Army Vantage.
Integrate data from ERP systems (GFEBS, GCSS-Army, LMP) and operational sources into Palantir workflows.
Develop transformations and workflows to clean, model, and optimize data for enterprise reporting and analytics.
Collaborate with Army analysts, data scientists, and developers to deliver scalable solutions.
Implement best practices for data governance, lineage, and security within IL5/IL6 environments.
Troubleshoot pipeline failures and ensure mission-critical data is accurate and timely.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of Palantir Foundry pipeline development (Contour, Object Explorer, Code Workbooks).
Strong background in ETL, SQL, Python, and data modeling.
Experience with Army/DoD systems such as GFEBS, GCSS-Army, LMP, or Vantage highly desired.
Familiarity with Agile/DevOps workflows (Azure DevOps, Jira, Git).
Active DoD Secret clearance required (TS/SCI preferred).
