Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is currently hiring a Supply Chain Planning Specialist/Principal Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join our team of qualified, diverse, individuals in the GSC Planning, Requirements & Delivery organization. This position will be located onsite in Clearfield, Utah.

Primary Level Salary Range: $63,800.00 - $95,800.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $78,700.00 - $118,100.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

Job Responsibilities:
- Long term capacity and resource planning.
- Aggregates and prioritizes demand requirements.
- Analyzes purchase material supply/demand position using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) tools.
- Creates/reduces supply requirements based on inventory adjustments.
- Participates in long-term capacity and resource planning to ensure proper scheduling.
- Plans inventory levels based on dependent and independent Bill-of-Materials (BOM)
requirements. - Ensure vertical and horizontal integration of Global Supply Chain Schedules through strategic planning and execution.
- Provide early visibility into purchase requisition requirements release constraints and material excess review.
- Integrate metrics requirements for the Demand Planning Team.
- Communicate program schedule deviations and ensure all impacts are coordinated with internal/external customers prior to implementation and execution.
- Work on a team of individuals in a dynamic, fast-paced Program environment with responsibilities including rapid requirements execution, scrap/spare/replacement planning and serve as a GSC liaison to the Program Operations and GSC Execution IPTs.

- A Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience in supply chain and/or material planning in a manufacturing or aerospace environment; A Master's degree with 2 years of experience supply chain and/or material planning in a manufacturing or aerospace environment; OR a High School Diploma with 6 years experience in supply chain and/or material planning in a manufacturing or aerospace environment .
- MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Must have previous experience in Supply Chain
- An active DoD Secret level clearance is required to apply and to start the role, with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the Company to meet its business needs
Basic Qualifications Principal Supply Chain Planning Specialist:
- A Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience in supply chain and/or material planning in a manufacturing or aerospace environment , A Master's degree with 4 years of experience supply chain and/or material planning in a manufacturing or aerospace environment , OR a High School Diploma with 10 years of experience in supply chain and/or material planning in a manufacturing or aerospace environment .
- MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Must have previous experience in Supply Chain
