The ARCWERX Innovation Center, located in Tucson, AZ., will establish lasting connections with industry, academic, and military innovation partners; facilitate evaluation of the effectiveness of education offerings; and establish standardized reporting and analysis software tools that will allow ARCWERX to accurately and effectively assess return on investment, impact on mission, and strategic deterrent effects of innovation projects sourced or supported by daily activities.

This position will perform the following duties:
- Support in the planning, preparation, editing, creation, and publication of finished products, e.g., program documentation, plans, directives, reports, briefings and other presentations, as required (technical and non-technical; classified and unclassified) in the media and format requested.
- Data entry functions including integrating information into required reports.
- Generate and maintain training requirements, files, forms and established file plans (paper and electronic).
- Serve as the initial focal point for collecting and visually displaying materials for staff meetings and office organized information exchange meetings.
- Convey reminder/follow-up emails to Offices of Primary Responsibility (OPRs), making sure they meet the tasking. The contractor is responsible for making sure taskings are completed, as per original tasker.
- Files management.
- Other duties as directed by ARCWERX
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in a related field plus 10 years of experience (YOE) OR
- Bachelor's Degree plus 18 YOE OR
- Associate's Degree plus 22 YOE
- Possess or able to gain a Secret Clearance
Experience with the following is highly desired:
- Shared Drive Experience (Google preferred)
- File Plans (Air Force standards)

- Experience in contract management (OASIS)

- Google Workspace
- Building Management
- Government Property Management
- Department of Defense Acquisition Experience
- Task Management tools (Asana or similar)

- Familiarity with military and contractor in processing
- Experience in DoD administration
- Calendar and scheduling experience

- Document Control and Configuration Management
