The Boeing Company is seeking an Information Technology Manager to join our Specialized U.S. Infrastructure Operations Team located in Hazelwood, MO or Berkeley, MO.
The successful candidate will be a leader of our Information Technology professionals supporting proprietary programs in the St Louis region to meet the needs of today's warfighter. It is a fast-paced position within our Specialized US Infrastructure Operations team, leading new technology insertion, meeting new program commitments, and meeting our compliance and regulatory needs.

Position Responsibilities:
- Guide and lead team of dedicated Information Technology (IT) professionals
- Coach and mentor team to further their skills, develop their talent, and ensure they are leading fulfilled and motivated careers
- Lead projects to insert new technology to meet our program, compliance, and security needs
- Lead asset management to provide cost-effective solutions right sized for the environment
- Perform long range business planning, acquiring and deploying capital, and managing budgets
- Provide consultation and support to our business leaders to meet their technological needs
- Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policy improvements and changes, set operational goals for the groups, and acquire resources needed to continuously improve the work product
- Reduce risk by managing the portfolio of technological solutions at the highest levels of modernization
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree or greater in an IT related field
- 5+ years of experience leading engineering or Information Technology (IT) teams across multiple functions
- 5+ years of experience in using project management methodologies, including developing project plans, performance management, and managing issues and risks
- Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience supporting closed areas
- Experience leading in cloud adoption at-scale
- Experience working within an Agile environment
