We are seeking a dedicated System Integration/Test Engineer to join the test team within the Systems Test Architecture and Engineering organization in Huntsville, AL.
Summary of Key Duties for this position:
• Participate in the planning/execution of Assembly, Test and Launch Operations (ATLO).
• Have excellent organization and troubleshooting skills and be proficient in understanding hardware/software design, requirements generation, product development, test execution, and verification activities.
• Be willing to work in a 24/7 operations environment which may include some overtime and support off-shifts and/or weekends/holidays.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience in test operations to include at least one of the following: requirements allocation, test planning, procedure writing, test execution/anomaly resolution, data analysis, and/or report writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willingness and ability to travel to domestically.
• Interim secret clearance required prior to start. Must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline (Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other STEM discipline) and 2 years industry experience, or equivalent experience and education.
• Certified Test Conductor (CTC).
• Experience in any of the following: Automation Framework (AF), Assembly Test & Launch Operations (ATLO), environmental test, or requirements verification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
