Software Engineer

Graham Technologies is seeking a Software Engineer with deep expertise in enterprise software development, integration, and cloud-based systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience with IBM Maximo and Java/J2EE frameworks, as well as knowledge of databases, middleware, and cloud technologies. This role requires a highly technical professional with the ability to develop, integrate, and maintain large-scale systems in support of mission-driven programs.

Location: 100% Work from Home

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions within enterprise environments.
• Lead custom development and integrations with IBM Maximo, tailoring solutions to program requirements.
• Support development and configuration on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI, or GCP), ensuring proper integration with technologies and platforms.
• Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL objects (packages, procedures, triggers, etc.).
• Manage deployments and integrations on IBM WebSphere Application Server.
• Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and meet performance requirements.

Required Skills:

• Must possess active DoD Secret Clearance
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 2+ years of direct experience with IBM Maximo (custom development and integration).
• Strong background in Java and J2EE frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI, or GCP) including development, implementation, and system configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle development (PL/SQL, packages, triggers, etc.).
• Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with Apache NiFi for data flow automation.
• Experience implementing SAML-based authentication.
• Knowledge of OIDC and OAuth2 protocols.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Extreme Programming, Product Management)
• Additional experience with Azure cloud configuration and integrations.
• Experience migrating software applications to modern architectures or cloud environments.
