Location: Atasehir - Istanbul PMO | Department: Proposals & Procurement

Overview:
We are seeking a Civil or Structural Engineer to support international tenders and procurement operations. This role involves BOQ preparation, vendor coordination, and technical documentation for structural elements.

Responsibilities:

• Review technical drawings and specifications; generate BOQs and material takeoffs.
• Issue RFQs to global vendors; evaluate offers and support commercial decisions.
• Coordinate procurement and submittals for structural packages (e.g., steel works).
• Ensure project documentation complies with international standards (US/CSI, EU/BS).
• Liaise with engineering and construction teams to align design and procurement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 5-10 years of experience in similar roles.
• Knowledge of international codes and practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Fluent in English. Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
• Must be currently residing in Istanbul.
