Alutiiq Integration & Repair, LLC (AIR) has a dynamic opportunity for a Fusion Program Manager (FPM). The FPM provides program and project-level oversight and support as set forth in applicable contract agreements. The FPM will report to the AIR Subsidiary Operations Manager and provide management linkage between awarded projects and the senior management team for AIR. The FPM will oversee small to medium sized projects and programs, to include occasional Business Development (BD) tasks. The FPM is vested with the delegated authority of the Subsidiary President and Operations Manager to ensure the proper and timely execution of assigned projects and programs and deliver reasonable profits and a high level of customer satisfaction. This position requires a seasoned leader with a progressive record of success and increasing responsibilities centered in U.S. Government service-based contracting within CONUS and across multiple government agencies. Specific construction skills in basic secure facility operations (SCIF/Secure Room), refurbishments, and improvements are required.

- Coordinate with the COR and site POC on final approval for all site visits related to work being performed on this contract, to include on-site work being performed and site visit. The FPM will not conduct any work or travel under contract until an official notification has been received by the COR.
- Send out a calendar invites to the COR and site Point of Contact for all site visits related to work being performed, to include on-site work being performed and site visits. Calendar invites must be Accepted prior to work being performed.
- All travel must be supported by itemized receipts, including but not limited to airfare, lodging, and transportation.
- Receipts and invoices are required for all work performed, including any instance where a third-party vendor or sub-contractor was hired on behalf of the PM. Documentation must be submitted with the corresponding invoice for proper review and approval.
- Invoices must be clearly itemized using the CLINS category.
- Failure to provide all receipts and invoices will result in the invoices being rejected by the COR.
- Must be bonded when subcontracting any of the work out (if applicable).
- Develop and submit a Monthly Status Report to the COR.
- Develop Travel Plan for all remediation work and site surveys.
- Establish and provide the COR with a weekly work schedule on modified construction projects that would include dates and times.
- Develop Remediation Cost Estimate, with assistance from AIR Team.
- Develop Site Surveys.
- Responsible for the overall performance of the contract including accurate and timely submission of cost estimates, and all invoices to DHS COR within 7 -10 business days.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field is desirable. A degree is preferred but relevant experience may be substituted for education.
- Strong, agile leader with proven ability to work effectively across functional groups of an organization.
- Experience in managing Government contracts.
- Understands DHS Customer, Mission, Culture.
- An understanding of minor construction requirements, permitting, and policies affecting this type of work on a National Level.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Power Point, Excel, Project) and ability to create and edit high-quality written deliverables.
- Networking and communication skills.
- Must have and maintain a Secret personnel security clearance.
- Willing to travel 50% of the time.
- Seven (7) years of applicable experience in managing a nationwide program involving multiple sites.
- Have technical proficiency in the construction requirements for building a SCIF or secure room and overall security knowledge as it relates to National Security.
- Follow all labor laws enacted by the state in which they are performing construction.
