POSITION SUMMARY:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing and leading a cross-functional team. The Site Supervisor must both learn and ensure staffing of multiple posts relating to the physical security of Customer's properties, by monitoring a detection, intrusion monitoring system, a Close Circuit TV (CCTV) monitoring system, visitor processing, and administrative services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Perform routine oversight of the shift personnel for the applicable facilities/posts.
- Keep the Program Manager's office informed of all potential problems or issues and provide workable solutions.
- Clear communication and amicable liaison between Constellis and the client.
- Site Supervisor will be responsible for the input of employee timesheet information into the Deltek Costpoint system on a weekly basis.
- Site Supervisor will be responsible for creating the weekly schedules for a minimum of 2 months out - collaborating with the personnel on contract to accommodate for their personal vacations, leave requests, etc.
- Must be trained on all posts and able to perform all the duties of an Alarm Monitor Technician, Global Monitor Technician, and/or Visitor Center Technician.
- Must be willing and able to provide relief services, staff posts, and/or handle callouts through coordination with the appropriate personnel.
- Perform Quality Assurance & Quality Control Inspections of each of the posts by reviewing the daily duty logs for accuracy and/or improvement(s).
- Review SOPs (Quarterly) for each post and make recommendations for improvements in efficiency and/or effectiveness.
- In accordance with the Constellis Progressive Disciplinary Policy, the Site Supervisor is expected to counsel/discipline employees related to performance/conduct issues (as necessary), recommend suspension or termination for serious violations.
- Able to serve as the Acting Program Manager when the Program Manager is on Personal Time Off (PTO)
- Other duties, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must possess an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartment Information (TS-SCI) with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) before applying.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Minimum of two (2) years management experience.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask with little assistance.
- Ability to make decisions quickly and accurately.
- Ability to interpret documents - to ensure all rules and standard operating procedures are applied.
- Ability to author routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to complete assignments in a timely manner.
- Ability to solve problems - to completion.
- Ability to work in an MS Windows based operating environment, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
