Pay Range: Pay Range $50,050.00 - $90,475.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.

Leidos is seeking an Associate Systems Administrator (T1) who is eager to learn and grow in enterprise Windows administration. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers to manage Windows desktops, provide superior customer service, and hands on networking support.
Primary Responsibilities
Specifically, in this role you will be responsible for:
- End User Device Management
- Device support for Windows 11 Desktops including regular platform upgrades, vulnerability management, troubleshooting, automation with native scripting languages, performance management, application inventory and administration, and compliance to regulatory baselines.
- Manage human and system identity lifecycles including onboarding, offboarding, role management, just-in-time privilege escalation, and regular access reviews.
- Implement, update, and regulate security controls and identities within Azure EntraID and Intune Group Policy.
- Network Infrastructure
- Understand network CIDRs, private/public, and routing principals.
- Leverage networking concepts and network flow tools to resolve connection issues.
- Configure Ipv4/Ipv6, DNS/DHCP, and firewall rules to control network flows.
- Collaboration
- Communicate with local and remote non-technical staff to collaborate on solutions and resolve problems with computer hardware, network connections, and application support.
- Participate in in-house training programs to foster and spread knowledge and awareness to project teams, promote and empower decision making, and manage incident reports.
- Identify and implement cost-saving improvements and operational efficiencies over the lifespan of projects and resources.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Cybersecurity and 0+ years of experience.
- Hands on experience troubleshooting or administering Windows operating systems or networks.
- Self-starter that can work independently with guidance, as well as initiative to self-learn tools, techniques, and principles to be effective.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to self-manage work tasks using M365 based tools.
- Ability to obtain public trust clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing users and devices in EntraID or Intune.
- Class projects or internship experience that includes automation or scripting
