Essential Duties:
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Clean and maintain windows, remove cobwebs, and ensure all office windows are spotless.
- Vacuum foyers, halls, and offices; sweep stairwells and non-carpeted floors.
- Mop floors and perform general dusting throughout office spaces.
- Clean water fountains and maintain hygiene in break and copier rooms.
- Unclog sinks, toilets, and other plumbing as needed.
- Empty office trash bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform routine and special cleaning duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained to meet safety and hygiene standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in custodial or facilities maintenance roles.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to operate certain vehicles (must be 21 years of age or older).
- Ability to lift, twist, walk, and reach frequently.
- Must be able to stand on concrete for up to 8 hours a day.
- Capable of lifting and/or moving up to 55 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Ability to work in varied environmental conditions and climates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
Education & Certification:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
