What You'll Be Doing
- Crafting and refining project correspondence, memorandums, ordnance documents, presentations, and professional letters
- Coordinating meetings: agendas, logistics, teleconferences, VTCs, and strategic communications
- Organizing and drafting agendas for recurring SWS Ashore Planning Week/System Level Test meetings which requires coordination among several chairpersons and government stakeholders
- Capturing key decisions and action items in meeting minutes and maintaining supporting documentation
- Promoting project updates and initiatives with clear, error-free communication
- Preparing briefing materials and editing white papers, project plans, and requirement documentation
- Managing calendars, databases, and maintaining structure in a dynamic environment
- Learning and applying SSP protocols for documentation and accreditation
What You Bring
- A bachelor's degree and 2+ years of professional experience in an office setting
- Active or recently held SECRET clearance (within the last 24 months)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively
- A proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
Bonus Points For
- A degree in Systems, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- Experience in technical writing and documentation development
- Confidence in developing and delivering presentations
