SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least 1 year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at the next lower broadband NH-02, equivalent to the next lower grade GS-11 or equivalent in other pay systems. Specialized experience includes demonstration or applied experience in business operations policies, procedures, methods, and publicity techniques within one or more of the following areas: hospitality, food and beverage, lodging, fitness, and developing contracts to support business operations; and/or community wide event plaining to evaluate strengths or weaknesses and develop/revise programs to meet goals and promote patronage. experience in utilizing financial, budget, resource management practices and principle and analytical and evaluative methods and techniques in effectively organizing and utilizing available community resources within the program framework to augment the program to meet installation objectives. NOTE: Due to the use of 120-day rosters, this period of experience may be completed within 120 days of the closing date of this announcement.

- DUTY 1: Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short/long-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work.
- DUTY 2: Represents the AF when interacting with Hope Hotel operations and/or management. Responsible for ensuring contracted and local installation support is provided and that AF standards are met and maintained at all times.
- DUTY 3: Establishes, defines, and implements requirements for sustainment programs to ensure services and operations are in line with regulatory and fiscal requirements, support goals, and mission requirements.
- DUTY 4: Represents the Force Support Squadron with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, develops, and
